They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but I think the right journey is worth a million. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a map in my hand and a dream in my heart.
I have spent my years learning that the world is much friendlier and more beautiful than the news makes it seem. Eventually, the desire to capture that world became stronger than my fear of the unknown.
But here is the truth I don’t shy away from: It isn’t always glamorous. Facing these challenges openly helped me feel reassured that setbacks are part of the journey and that perseverance is worth it.
